Features

The ainmane is of type “Mund Mane” with 13 rooms and yard enclosed by a stone wall. We can also find a hanging Lakshmi lamp, a large gud, images of Karanava, bronze bull, flat grinding stone, etc., inside the house. This is the original ainmane which has solid pillars and aimaras with wooden panels on all the three sides of the veranda. The capitols in the ainmane have got beautiful carvings of Lotuses. Detailed carvings can be found on the window and the main door frame.

• More than 300 Years old
• The verandah and thethi were cemented about 30 years ago (All the other rooms have cowdung washed mud floors)
• Roof were tiled about 35 years ago
