The 10 roomed ainmane of Ajjinikanda Okka has Othe Pore, two Ubba stones in the entrance and two steps leading to the front yard.

Nele hanging from the ceiling, Gajalakshmi hanging lamp and a gud on the western and southern wall can be found. The kall botti in the front of the house has carvings of a crescent moon, flowers and Nandi on top and flower carvings at the bottom of the pillar. Geometric patterns on the door frame, carvings of lotuses and Gajalakshmi on the window, carvings of beautiful birds on the capitols and wooden aimaras can be seen.
