Konganda Tim was born on 21^st October 1968. He is an award-winning architect, urban designer and Program Manager with over 26 years of professional experience in design, campus master planning, construction/bid documents, contract administration, and project management for a wide range of project types serving diversified communities across the globe.  
Over the last two decades, he has worked on numerous public, private, and federal projects located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Allen, Lewisville, Houston, and Austin and in Oklahoma as well on international projects in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. His diverse experience includes higher education, K-12 education, municipal facilities, health care/medical, commercial, and community center facilities.
