Many Kodavas have valuable collections of paper clippings on varied themes like news items pertaining to Kodagu and Kodavas, achievements of eminent Kodavas/Kodavatis in the fields of education culture, sports etc Such clippings contain a wealth of information worth preserving for posterity. Kodava Clan intends to take up this activity. A search index will be created to enable searching and locating of transparencies based on keywords compiled from captured readable text.
