Dr. Archana Muthanna,  completed her Ph.D.  in Biotechnology at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, her thesis
entitled “Molecular Markers for the Characterisation of Yeasts with Desired EnologicalProperties”  and was guided for this achievement by Dr K A Anu Appaiah, the Senior Principal
Scientist at CSIR-CFTRI.

experimentation has been done to ensure that the resulting Fruit Vinegar or Concentrate is healthy, nutritious and pristine.

Vinessence is a food processing company set-up in Kadanga, Coorg District, Karnataka.
