Chekka mara (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam) one of the native trees in kodagu is a large evergreen tree cultivated throughout Southeast Asia for its fruits,also known as jack tree, fenne, jakfruit, or sometimes simply jack.It is the largest of all cultivated fruits, is oblong to cylindrical and typically 30 to 40 cm in length.

Uses
