The 12 roomed ainmane of Appaneravanda is of style “Mund Mane”, with stone pillars and cemented aimara The 12 roomed ainmane of Appaneravanda is of style “Mund Mane”, with stone pillars and cemented aimaras. The Kall boti in the yard is a tapered rough stone. The veranda in the ainmane has a beautiful ceiling with simple and beautiful carvings on the capitols, panels, window and door frame.
This is the original ainmane and the foundation was laid by Bythoorappa who planted a sacred sword as kuthi.
The hall and the veranda were cemented about 8 years ago and all the other rooms including thethi have cow dung washed mud floors.
