Entrepreneurial Journey

In Bengaluru, Thimmaiah transformed his proprietorship business into a private limited company and became the Founder Director of Quadpro E Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2010. He subsequently took over as its Managing Director in 2018.

 

Quadpro operated in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, with a focus on Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI). Under his leadership, the organisation grew to employ more than 500 people and established a network spanning over 300 locations across South India.

A significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey came when the company was listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) SME segment on 30 September, subsequently becoming Quadpro ITeS Limited. This achievement marked an important milestone in his career and a notable accomplishment within the Kodava business community.

Thimmaiah continued to serve as Managing Director until September 2022.

RUNZZIT Technologies

His experience in the financial services sector subsequently led to an association with IDFC FIRST Bank, through which he became a National Business Partner for sales and services.He founded RUNZZIT Technologies Private Limited, a Pan-India organisation operating in the technology and financial services ecosystem. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) became one of its early major clients.

Serial Investor and Startup Mentor

Beyond building his own businesses, Thimmaiah has developed an active interest in entrepreneurship and emerging businesses. He is a serial investor in multiple start-ups, supporting promising founders and early-stage ventures with both capital and business experience.

He is also known for mentoring entrepreneurs and helping start-ups with business strategy, planning, execution and market development. His experience as an entrepreneur provides practical guidance to founders navigating the challenges of building and scaling a business.

Thimmaiah has also supported aspiring students in pursuing their education and has contributed towards creating opportunities for individuals to become financially independent.
