Let it boil for a few minutes and then add the marinated <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/pandhi-curry-pork\/\">pork<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After the pork is cooked add the <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kartha-masala-dry-roast-masala-powder\/\">kartha masala<\/a> and let it cook for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Finally add the <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kachampuli\/\">kachimpuli<\/a> and cook for few seconds and the <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/pandhi-curry-pork\/\">pandhi curry<\/a> is ready to eat.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Best eaten with<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pandhi curry is beat eaten with <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kadambutt\/\">kadambutt<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/paputtu-broken-rice-cake-cooked-with-milk-and-coconut\/\">Paaputt<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/akki-otti-flat-bread-made-of-cooked-rice-rice-flour\/\">otti<\/a>&nbsp;etc etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pandhi curry is an exotic and aromatic dish that forms an integral part of the Kodagu cuisine.
