In <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kodagu-district\/\">Coorg<\/a>, they are usually used to feed chickens, pigs, fish, etc,<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Uses<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>They have high nutritional value and contain protein, vitamins, mineral, fiber, essential fatty acids, etc.,<\/li>\n<li>Can be consumed by humans and cattle<\/li>\n<li>Rice bran is used in treating diabetes, cholesterol, obesity, colon cancer, etc.,<\/li>\n<li>Antioxidant.<\/li>\n<li>Rice bran oil is popularly known as healthy oil in Asia, India, Japan, etc.,<\/li>\n<li>They are also used in preparing breads, muffins, cereals, etc.,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Thoud is referred to bran.
