There were four <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/okka\/\">Okkas<\/a> in the village that lived in an ur guppe before they built their <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kodava-ainmanes\/\">ainmanes<\/a> &#8211; Battiyanda&nbsp;, <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/mundyolanda\/\">Mundyolanda&nbsp;<\/a>, Kolira&nbsp; and Chowrira.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/intermarriages-between-the-okkas\/\"><span id=\"Intermarriage\">Intermarriage<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Two sisters were left in the Battiyanda <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/okka\/\">Okka<\/a> when all the men in the <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/okka\/\">okka<\/a> were killed by Tippu\u2019s army. One girl was married by Bepadiyanda man and the other girl was married to Cheyanda man from Cheyyandane. Hence there is no <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/intermarriages-between-the-okkas\/\">intermarriage<\/a> between Battianda and Cheyyanda <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/okka\/\">Okka<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Okka Battiyanda Okka came from Kaikad after their ainmane fell there.
