His involvement and proactive policing and engaging the public to learn their concerns succeeded in solving and preventing crime and disorder. His father was a doctor, scientist &amp; entrepreneur. He was a Gold medallist and his mother was a poet, Thribasha Sahithi &amp; author of magnum opus: Kodava Jayabharatha. Post his college studies he continued to work for his father.<\/li>\n<li>Later he started his own organic plant nutrients industry named Mac Agro industries in 2002, manufacturing wetting agents, spreaders and organic Foliar Fertilisers.<\/li>\n<li>He innovated a cost effective eco-friendly wetting agent (agricultural gum) named &#8220;Microbond-AG&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>It was one of the most affordable products to be sold through &#8220;Kodagu district federation societies&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Achievements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In 2014 he was selected as &#8220;Community Policing&#8221; convener for handling crime prevention programmes for \u201cBangalore city police&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>In 2016 he was recognised by lions club for &#8220;excellence in public service&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>In 2017 he was recognised by the Government of India with &#8220;crime control force&#8221; award ILFAA (international love for all associations, Japan).<\/li>\n<li>In 2018 he received the Paul Harris Fellowship (PHF).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4020 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/certi-300x221.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"221\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/certi-300x221.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/certi-768x566.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/certi.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>In 2018 he received the &#8220;Rajiv Gandhi Achievement&#8221; on august 20th Ektha Diwas at constitution club of India New Delhi.
