Amme pann<\/em> (Canthium dicoccum) one of the native trees<\/a> in Kodagu is found in Western Ghats of India. Trees grow up to 10 m, leaves are lance-shaped, with \"\"the broad end at the top, smooth,  sides curving inward, toward the tip, and then tapering to a fine point on the leaf apex, truncate at base. The plants are common in dry-deciduous forests<\/p>\n
