It was in this year , that eight kodava families of Bangalore comprising of just about 30 people came together and formed an association and named it as <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kodagu-district\/\">Coorg<\/a> Association which was later renamed as kodava samaja bangalore in 1962<\/p>\n<p>The affairs of the <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kodava-samajas\/\">samaja<\/a> are managed by team of office bearers, headed by the president. The president has a key role to play in the functioning of the <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/kodava-samajas\/\">samaja<\/a>.
