Hoysalas .The overall Kodagu area would have fallen under the judistriction of &nbsp;many rulers and been covered in many maps, however no direct involvement was there by these rulers. these rulers had lots of kodava <a href=\"https:\/\/kodavaclan.com\/kodaguheritage\/padebeeras\/\"><em>padebeeras<\/em> <\/a>as their chiefs and controlled the kodava land<\/p>\n<p>However the timeline can be derived as follows<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Gangas of Gangavadian Talakad \u2013 100 to 980 A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Earlier Kadambas of Banavasi and Halsi \u2013 450 to 560 A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Early Chalukyas of Vatapi ( Badami)<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Pulikesin II \u2013 630 A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Vikramaditya I \u2013 654A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Pandyas of Madurai: Maravarman Rajasimha I \u2013 730 to 765 A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Cholas \u2013 985 to 1176 A.D. and Earlier Changalas \u2013 1034 to1249 A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Kongalvas of Shanivarasanthe and Arkalgud \u2013 1004 to 1176 A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Hoysalas of Belur and Dvarasamudra \u2013 1116 to 1300 A.D.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>&nbsp;Kongalvas \u2013 1034 to 1297 A.D.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Kongalva Kings\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;
