Rao Bhadur Kademada Belliappa

Rao Bahadur Kademada Belliappa was a strict Conservator of Forests who retired from the Imperial Forest Service in the year 1941. He was the first kodava to be the chief conservator of forest He was probably the only Kodava to have been awarded all three Titles.
