Features
Old house, with an extension to the right. Stag horns are fixed on the outside and inside of the kanni kambha in the veranda. The narrow nellakki nadu bade has a triangular niche for the sacred lamp, a hanging lamp and a bhasma kutt. There is an ale pore to the left of the ainmane.
There is a beautifully carved Gajalakshmi panel above the main door, painted in many colours; and a large carved parrot (painted green) fixed on top of the panel
There are seven rooms (including the kitchen and kanni kombare.)
Timeline
It is more than 100 years. Tiled in 1965/66. The veranda and nellakki were cemented with red-oxide colouring in the 1970s. All the other rooms have cowdung- washed mud floors.
