Education

He did his schooling in Begumpet, Hyderabad public school and Faust high school in Secundrabad. Later he went to St George’s college in Agra. He came back to Bangalore and did his Architecture from BMS college of engineering and did his thesis in hospital design and was all set to eke a living as a bartender on a cruise liner when MTV came calling.

• Nikhil Chinappa is a popular  Indian Disc Jockey, Radio Jockey, Video Jockey and a TV presenter on MTV.
• He owns a Music Company called Submerge Music which is known for bringing the most prominent DJ’s to India.
• He hosted many TV shows which got him credit for his brilliant work.
• He was the Festival director of Asian Premier Music festival, Sunburn Goa before parting percept INC in 2013.
• He collaborated with Indian online fashion brand Koovs.
• He was a judge for reality show MTV Roadies season 4, 5 and 7 and Roadies rising in 2017.
