Ellu Pajji-Chutney made of Sesame seeds
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds – 1/4 Cup
Grated Coconut – 1/4 Cup
Green chilies – 3-4
Onions (small) – 2
Tamarind paste – 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Jaggery – 1 1/2 tbsp
Method:
Dry roast the onions till it turns golden brown and grind all the ingredients including the roast onion to a coarse paste and the Ellu Pajji is ready to eat.
Optional :you can season it with mustard seeds and curry leaves with little oil.
Best eaten with Akki Otti.
