Career
- Raksha Changappa started her career as a lecturer in Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. later she worked as a nutrition faculty in the educational institute of a well-known health care chain. She later served as institute head for the same educational institute.
- She then worked in managerial and senior managerial positions, in the healthcare oriented, independent profit centres of the same company

- She has the distinction of being the University 1st rank holder and gold medallist in Food & Nutrition at the master degree level.
- Raksha is the sole practitioner in the country to plan evidence-based diets for the rarest of rare disorder like phenylketonuria, Sjogren’s syndrome, cystic fibrosis, and challenging disorders e.g. cancer, HIV+ve status.
- Prior to starting her private practice, her professional experience spanned research, academia, and healthcare. She had also trained in clinical settings of hospitals, conducted field and laboratory research, and formulated reports on extensive nutrition topics.
- She is India’s most awarded and best specialized, clinical dietitian and nutritionist.
