- They teach children essential life skills that are required to pursue happiness and success in the classroom and later on in life. The core area of work is Social Emotional Learning (SEL). They are life skills rooted in emotions.
- They encourage and facilitate children to handle growth and manage change. Management of emotions, relationship with oneself and relationships with others around you plays a huge role in being successful.
- The foundation of all their programs is based on the 5 Skills for Success – Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, Consciousness and Creativity.
- Their programs are experiential in nature and children learn by doing. They work with children, parents and educators for the most effective results.
